I'm Ammaar Jafri. I run Maar Visuals.
I build the automation systems small businesses use to stop losing leads to slow follow-up. I started here because my family runs a team. I stayed because the problem turned out to be bigger than I thought.
Lead-driven small businesses run on high lead volume, brutal speed-to-lead penalties, and long sales cycles — leads landing across half a dozen sources that all need to behave like one. Generic automation doesn't fit that shape. Maar Visuals is built for it. Not adapted to it.
Running businesses since I was a teenager.
Mountain House Student Services — home services across multiple California cities — for three years. 209KicksnFlips, a reselling operation, for three years. On the technical side, I'm finishing a Statistics with Machine Learning and Computer Science degree at UC Davis.
Before Maar Visuals, I worked directly for real estate agents — research for property flips, photography, signs, social media. The work agents pay people to do because they don't have time. That's where I started seeing the pattern this company exists to fix — the same one I'd later find in small businesses of every kind.
My family runs a team. That's how I learned what it actually runs on.
High lead volume, brutal speed-to-lead penalties, long sales cycles, and leads landing across half a dozen sources that all need to behave like one. It's not a real-estate problem — every small business I've talked to since runs into the same shape.
It knows what to do with the lead
Generic automation is built for “send an email when a form is submitted.” A small business needs a system that knows who to assign the lead to, how fast to act, and what to say six months later when they finally come back.
Built for the shape, not bent to fit it
The six modules were designed around how lead-driven small businesses actually operate — the volume, the speed penalty, the long cycle, the scattered sources. Not a generic tool with industry copy pasted on top.
You talk to the person who built it.
When your lead-routing rule needs to change tomorrow — a new hire joined, a referral source dried up, the Thursday on-call rep is now someone else — it changes tomorrow. Same day. By the person who knows how every piece fits together.
No sprint queue, no account manager
The relationship is direct because the work lives in the system, not in a backlog. You're not waiting on a ticket to reach whoever can actually make the change.
Built once, tuned per client
The six modules are a product, not a from-scratch custom build each time. I'm adjusting configuration on a system that's already running — which is what makes same-day changes possible.
The same system runs on my family's team
Every module, every workflow — live on Team Jafri's leads right now, tuned to their pipeline, their lead sources, their pace. It's not a demo. It's where the product is proven.
