One system.
Three packages to grow into.
Start with the automations running on the site you already have — or add a custom site and the full stack as your team scales. Monthly, no long contracts.
Lead-handling automation running fast — on the website you already have.
The full five-automation stack, plus a custom site on your own domain.
Everything in Growth, plus an AI voice receptionist and a premium site.
Outside the box?
Multi-location teams, non-standard CRMs, or needs that fall outside the standard packages. Starts with a full audit of your business and lead flow, then we build custom automations matched to what you actually need, plus a custom website. Quote-only, scoped per engagement.
Six automations, allocated by package.
Essentials runs the three that handle inbound leads. Growth adds reactivation and reporting. Premium adds an AI voice receptionist.
Instant Lead Response
Every new lead gets an AI-personalized text and email back in under 90 seconds — sent under your team's name and number, not ours — plus an instant team notification with the lead's intent so you know who to call first.
Contract & Document Intake
Drop a PDF — contract, invoice, intake form, signed agreement — and the system reads it, extracts the key fields, and writes a structured summary into your CRM automatically.
Lead Nurture
A multi-touch sequence per lead — text and email, on a cadence matched to where they are. Sequences graduate automatically when a lead replies, books, or goes quiet.
Database Reactivation
Pulls dormant contacts on a schedule, segments them by interest and how long they've been quiet, and sends a re-engagement message written for that segment — with built-in suppression.
Weekly Performance Digest
Every Monday, a single plain-English email: what came in, how fast it got contacted, who's in nurture, who got reactivated, what converted — an audit log of the system working.
AI Voice Receptionist
An AI phone agent that answers inbound calls, qualifies callers, and routes or books them — wired to the rest of the system so a call can trigger the same follow-up as a web lead. Note: voice is usage-billed — call costs are per-minute and depend on the AI model you choose, passed through at cost on top of the monthly.
More automations, and a website as you grow.
Your existing site
Three automations — Instant Lead Response, Document Intake, and Lead Nurture — wired to your current website's lead forms. No new site, no build fee, live in days.
Custom static site · $499 build
The full five-automation stack — adds Database Reactivation and the Weekly Performance Digest — plus a custom static website built for your team and deployed on your domain. One-time $499 build fee.
Premium site · $1,499 build
Everything in Growth, plus the AI Voice Receptionist and a premium website — richer design, motion, interactive elements. One-time $1,499 build fee; voice minutes billed at cost (rate depends on the AI model you choose).
The things teams ask before they sign.
Right — Essentials has no setup fee because it runs on the website you already have. There's no site to build, so we configure the three automations against your existing lead forms and get them live. The monthly covers the infrastructure, monitoring, and tuning that keep them running.
Growth and Premium carry a one-time build fee ($499 and $1,499) because they include a custom website — that fee covers the actual build of the site, not a deposit.
GoHighLevel. The whole system is built on GHL — it's where your contacts, conversations, and records live, so everything stays in one place instead of stitched across tools. If your team already runs on GHL, we build inside your account. If you're on something else, standing up your GHL workspace is part of getting started.
Either way the account, contacts, and history stay yours — if we ever part ways, the workspace and your data go with you.
The $1,500/mo Premium price covers the system and the receptionist's setup and upkeep. The one variable cost is talk time: voice minutes are billed by usage, passed through at cost on top of the monthly. We default to an efficient model so a normal volume of after-hours calls stays inexpensive, and we'll set a usage cap with you up front so there are no surprises.
For inbound calls we use the required consent and AI-disclosure language as part of setup, so the receptionist is compliant from day one.
Yes — that's the intended path. Plenty of teams start on Essentials to get lead response and nurture running on their current site, then move to Growth when they want a site of their own and the full stack, and to Premium when inbound calls become worth automating. The automations carry over; you only add the build fee when you add a website.
Yes — 30 days' notice, any time. No minimum commitment. The build fee on Growth and Premium is non-refundable since it covers the actual site build, but there are no kill fees or contracts to break.
If you cancel, your CRM data stays with you, your A2P registration stays with you, and any website we built is yours. The Maar Visuals automation workflows are deactivated since they run on our infrastructure — see “Do I own the automations?” below. We do a 30-day cooperative handoff so you can transition cleanly.
The configurations, copy, message templates, and sequences are yours — if you cancel, you keep them. What you don't own is the underlying infrastructure we run them on; that's our stack, and it's how we keep the cost manageable. The operational layer specific to your team is yours.
It's the carrier-required registration for business texting in the US. If you want SMS in your lead response and nurture flow, your team's number needs to be registered. It takes about 2 weeks and requires an EIN. We handle the registration as part of getting started — you provide the EIN and a few business details.
Essentials is the fastest — the automations go live in days once we have access to your site's lead forms. Growth adds about a week for the custom static site, built in parallel. Premium adds roughly two weeks for the premium site and the voice receptionist configuration. The main variable is A2P registration and how fast your team answers the messaging questions in week one.
Define “doesn't work” and we'll talk. Not responding inside 90 seconds is a bug — we fix it. Messaging not landing in your voice is a tuning conversation — we adjust. What we can't promise is more closed sales; that depends on what your team does with the operational layer once it's running.
Book a 20-minute call.
We'll see if you're a fit, and if you are, walk through which package makes sense for your team and what getting started looks like.
